The agreement between you and Dijji when you use our website or service.
By creating an account on dijji.com or deploying the Dijji tracker on a website or app you operate, you agree to these Terms. If you are using Dijji on behalf of a company or other entity, you confirm you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
Dijji is a real-time analytics service. We provide a JavaScript tracker, mobile SDKs, a dashboard, trigger engine, session replay, uptime monitoring, and related tooling. The specific features available to you depend on your plan and the current state of the product, which is in alpha (see §7).
You agree not to:
We may suspend accounts that violate these rules, typically with notice, except where immediate action is needed to protect the service or other users.
You own the data your account collects through Dijji. We process it on your instructions as your data processor. You are responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis to collect it and for providing your visitors with any notices or choices their jurisdiction requires.
For details on what we collect and how we handle it, see our Privacy Policy.
Dijji is currently free to use during the alpha. We intend to introduce paid plans once the product exits alpha. When we do, we will give existing users at least 30 days' notice before charging, and a grandfathered allowance where reasonable. We will never silently begin billing a free account.
Dijji is in alpha. That means:
If anything in the service matters to your business in a load-bearing way, keep an independent backup until we exit alpha.
You may close your account at any time from account settings or by emailing hello@dijji.com. On closure, we delete your account data within 30 days except where we are legally required to retain records.
We may terminate or suspend an account for violation of these Terms, non-payment once paid plans exist, or if we cease operating the service. We'll try to give notice.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the service will not exceed the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim (or, during the free alpha, will not exceed one hundred Indian rupees). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or profit.
We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Material changes — anything reducing your rights or expanding our use of your data — will be announced by email to active accounts at least 14 days before taking effect. Continuing to use Dijji after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, India, except where local consumer-protection law gives you stronger rights.
